Financial Planning & Analysis

Develop budgets and operating plans, prepare forecasts and periodic outlooks, perform variance analysis, and various projections. Create Chart of Accounts, clean up inactive accounts, prepare Capex, Depreciation, and other capital project schedules.

Oversees accounting operations, maintenance and preparation of accounting records; ensures fair and accurate reflection of company's current financial position; accurate alignment of budget and actuals; develop policies, procedures, and internal controls.

Financial analysis for timely decision-making, financial transactions in compliance with company policies, monthly analysis of financial information, KPIs, coordinate internal and external audit, manage book-keeping and financial systems, and resolution of accounting discrepancies.

 Perform internal audit and recommendations, determine effectiveness of internal controls, identify systems and process risks and exposures, and performs SOX testing.
